Took a while to be effective but no more excruciating pain in my hip that stops me in my tracks. It probably took longer to feel affects because I just started out 2 pills a day. I just can’t keep up with taking an amount, then decreasing, etc etc. No weight loss but maintaining. No taste at all. Small and easy to swallow. I take 2 pills with breakfast every day. That’s it!! Works for me! Been taking for 4 months now. Probably took about 2 months to be effective.

I am not one that like to leave reviews (but I love to read them) but if I can help someone to even ease their knee pain I am going to leave this review. I started taking Omega XL on April 12, 2025 because of bone on bone knee pain in my right knee. I started noticing the pain was going away in July 2025. This product does work. It didn’t do anything in the beginning but I kept on taking the pills like they instructed and they got in my system and the stiffness and pain is gone. I use to rock 3-5 times before I could get up from sitting now I get right on up. I also changed my eating habits and started eating pineapples plums and cherries (foods that help attack inflammation). My knee still pop from time to time but overall I say GIVE IT A TRY DONT GIVE UP ON IT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT LET IT GET IN YOUR SYSTEM SO YOU CAN GET BACK MOVING AROUND AGAIN IT DOES WONDERS

If you have joint pain this is an excellent product!! Cost is not low, but it does relieve the pain

I think I have muscle strain rather than inflammation so I did not notice a lot of relief from taking it. However, my aunt really likes it. I am going to continue taking it as I think it helped a little. t

I got these for my brother who is 74 years old. He says that this product is amazing. It has helped him with the pains on his legs and back. He says he even feel stronger. I recommend this product.

I was home and greeted the delivery man on my porch. He was super polite. I gave him a cold ice cream sandwich because it is August, of course, and in FL. The OMEGA XL product was melted into one lumpy blob. I can’t separate the blob without tearing the mussel oil gel pills. It’s a mess. The blob is too big to pass through the bottle’s opening. I may have to ask a neighbor to cut the entire bottle apart with a heavy duty cutting tool. Otherwise I can’t take the gel pills at all. Wasted my money!

I thought it was pretty expensive but I figured I'd try it. If it worked, it would be worth it. There's in30 in a bottle. So I thought it would last a month. It doesn't. You have to take four a day for eight weeks then two s day after that. At four a day, it's only going to last a week.
