I have been taking this product for years! I started taking it to balance hormones, without truly knowing if it was helping. RESULTS ARE NOT IMMEDIATE
Black Currant Seed Oil is recommended by Dr. Weil for thinning hair. As per his advice, I looked for a supplement that contains more than 45 mg of GLA. He suggests taking 500 mg twice a day for a minimum of two months. It's unlikely you'll see any results, for 6 - 8 weeks. I chose this brand because it's cold-pressed & hexane free.
