arrived in time and Value for Money.
The parcel arrived in time and the product is reasonably priced. However, since they are barnaded 'new' i will not test all 12 of them. But well use them as and when required to.

Didn't Work
Tried all ten in a light tube and it wouldn't start, it just flicked. Even with a new tube. Put an alternative one in from shop in town. Bingo.
