One of my Favorite Chocolate Bars
This is amazing value for money and so delicious. We treat the family to a large pack over winter (when it can be shipped without melting). The Sea Salt is our favorite (my youngest also like the Quinoa Crunch). We have tried the variety pack, and while all are delicious, this is our favorite. Alter Eco is an amazing company. They make delicious chocolate that is Fair Trade yet affordable, and ecologically careful too. The Perfect Chocolate? Maybe so!

Stale, pasty chocolate - yucch!
Terrible - chocolate was stale, pasty and had zero flavor. Seems like it was sitting on the shelf for a long time and was way past its "good by" date.

A Little Disappointed!
All of these were brittle and stale. I still ate them, but buying from grocery, I received fresher bars.

Harsh and Waxy Tasting - NOTHING Like the Sea Salt Truffles
BEWARE - these Sea Salt Chocolate Bars are terrible - NOTHING like the dark chocolate on the Sea Salt Truffles. These bars are harsh and waxy tasting, and they can't be returned.

Self righteous chocolate
It’s delicious, let’s not quibble about taste and texture. However, it’s social justice posturing towards “carbon-neutral supply chain restores forests” is gaggingly gluten free, organic, pretentious. You needn’t feel obliged saving the planet enjoying dark chocolate, and since I’m finding fault where little product fault truthfully exists, I would have preferred the bar slightly thicker. Same 80g net weight is fine, but slightly chunkier would be appreciated. Dark chocolate benefits from hefty mouth feel. I hope this prevents no one from trying, it’s delicious.

Family Favorite and Good For Allergy Sufferers
My mom loves this product. Her favorite and I must buy them in bulk to ration her. The taste is great. Salt is extra yummy. My mother has strange allergies, Alter Eco has a extremely short ingredient list. I recommend to all with allergies. Specifically, it’s haed to find chocolate without soy lethicin. Must buy for us!

Old and dehydrated
This is our honest to god favorite chocolate bar. Our local grocery store (PCC) stopped carrying so we hunted and found on Amazon. Unfortunately the bars are all chalky, brittle, taste dehydrated and just off. Not sure what happened to them but are almost just not the same….disappointed for the cost
