Liked it so much that I bought it again.
I bought one for conference calls for work and I liked it so much I bought another one. The audio quality is awesome and the quality of the headphones themselves is very good. If I could improve one thing it would be the microphone quality but it is still very good especially for the price.

Can you hear me now
I work from home and needed a new headset. I bought a more cost effective headset and figured it would get me by. But actually it appears to be durable. The headset fits well and functions great. I have had no complaints on the sound or volume from my microphone transmission during meetings. I am able to set the volume easily. I would buy this again. Thank you

This Product Is a Great Value for the Money
When many of my colleagues needed to work from home, we needed headsets that would work with both Cisco IP Communicator and Microsoft Teams. After testing several, these just work, period. I wouldn't use anything else unless I needed wireless, and then I'd look at other Jabra products first.

Works with my iPhone X
I specifically use this headset with my iPhone. It came with USB but USB is detachable. What I did was I went to buy apple's dongle(?) made by Apple, connected the dongle and lightning cable into my iPhone. So in a true sense, I do not use the volume control provided by this headset, I don't think it has a volume control. I only use my iPhone's volume. Main thing for me is this is compatible with app required with my work which also requires me to use my cell phone.

Compre este producto porque necesito algo especifico, el dice en la descripción, Aumenta el enfoque del agente: estado de la técnica; el micrófono con cancelación de ruido elimina el ruido de fondo para ayudar a aumentar el enfoque. Las almohadillas están diseñadas para reducir los sonidos de alta frecuencia; por lo que tú y tu compañero de conversación no tendrán dificultades para escucharse entre sí.. Pero esto no es cierto no aisla nada de sonido. Por lo que lo estaré regresando
