Works in a Dodge Charger R/T 2013
Works perfectly. Installed in a Dodge Charger 2013 R/T. The mechanical release cable is a bit long but doesn't affect the product's functionality. Tested numerous times with the button and with the key fob too, both car locked and unlocked. Trunk light is stable indicating proper grounding and communication with the car's BCM. Can't comment on the product's longevity as I just installed it but all looks fine.

I bought this not expecting much but it fit perfectly and works well. My trunk was intermittently opening or not, until it decided it wouldn't open anymore. So I decided to buy this actuator versus others you see online for 4 times the price. Easy to install and the quality (so far) seems great! Just what I needed. You don't get a lot of unnecessary fluff or paper. Took 10 minutes to remove the old one and pop this one in.

Part works great. It’s just in a tight spot so it’s hard to get your hands inside the door to hold in place & to fasten the door handle rod into the clip.

The trunk on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra stopped closing. I found a YouTube video that showed me how to make the repair and linked this product on his video. The new latch was easy to install and works really well. The trunk now closes and I can open it using the latch on the floor of the driver's side or the fob on my keychain. It is identical to the old part.

I installed this part three weeks ago and so far it works great. It's an exact fit for our 2011 Sonata Limited. The installation is not exactly "easy," but it is pretty straightforward and there are a couple of good walk through videos on YouTube. Anyone who is patient and has a basic toolset can install this part.
