Overall, this hub performs well and has worked exactly as designed. It connects smoothly and provides the functionality I need without any issues. That said, I do wish the power cable coming out of the unit were a bit longer. As it stands, the cable is on the short side, which can make placement on my desk a bit of a challenge when trying to connect it to my laptop.While the shorter cable doesn’t affect performance, a longer cord would add more flexibility and convenience for different desk setups. Aside from that, the hub itself has been reliable, easy to use, and a solid addition to my workspace.

Purchased a few of these and they worked fine for a few months, but then started having issues with a couple of them. Things like the mouse and keyboard would stop responding or moving very slowly. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting the mouse and keyboard, the batteries, the laptops, etc. Also sometimes the display wouldn't come up. I tried upgrading the video and DisplayLink drivers. I do IT as a living so felt comfortable with my assessment that the docking stations were faulty. They were not travel ones, these 2 were left in my home and used periodically for 2 setups.UPDATE: I spoke with Baseus Support and they refunded the price of these and also recommended a 65W charger for these if having issues. I wasn't putting a big demand on these docking stations (single HDMI and USB adapter for a wireless keyboard/mouse combo), but will see if the charger fixes the issue.

This hub is amazing! Works very well. The slots are a nice size so the USB or whatever end you put in it stays and is snug. The light comes on when my laptop is powered up. It also helps remind me to unplug it. I’ve had two USB’S plugged in at the same time. One a cutting machine and the other a printer. Both worked great without slowing down or glitches. It gets a little warm but has not gotten hot at all. It’s a bit heavier than my old one but not overly. I highly recommend this.

I set up my home office about a year ago and purchased this so I can have two monitors with my laptop. It works perfectly, I didn't have to install any drivers or anything, just plug and play.
