Highly moisturizing shower gel
Update-4/7/19 The product came on sale at Amazon and I jumped on it. What I like best about this shower gel is what it does to your skin. It moisturizes better than many of the expensive shower gels I have used, and I have used many, including the recently released Art of Sport shower gel. The product does not have the common chemical culprits found in cheaper shower products and it does a great job cleaning. Kudos to the company for making such a good product. I intend to stay with this for the foreseeable future. Original review... I bought this product through Amazon's lightning deal and I am not a paid reviewer. I have used several shower gels including Jack Black Turbo Wash, which used to be my favorite, until I bought Rugged & Dapper. I noticed that this leaves a noticeably smoother feeling skin, almost like you have applied moisturizing lotion. I started having dry spots on my skin due to colder weather and as soon as I started using this, I noticed the difference- the dry spots went away and I have stopped using extra skin moisturizer after shower. The gel is not too thick or too thin. It lathers OK and the smell is not over powering like the Jack Black Turbo Wash. Personally, I like this gel quite a bit. The smell does not linger for a long time, but the skin feels great all day. Take this from someone who has tried many shower gels. I cannot comment on the shampoo part of this because my hair is far too short to use shampoo. I will likely be sticking with this gel for the foreseeable future.

Great men's shampoo
Great 2 in 1 shampoo. Give it a try if you have straight, medium density hair. It won't weigh your hair down and it leaves your scalp cleansed, not stripped. I also appreciate that the scent is light and not overpowering.

First Review: Why I'm getting more Rugged & Dapper in my life.
This is my first Amazon review and I hope those considering this product find this review helpful. I ordered this while deployed as I could not stand the soap available which was Ivory and Irish Spring bar soap or women's brands. During the few moments I actually had enough bandwidth to order -- I took a chance on R&D as I didn't have anything to loose -- either I smell like ship water or Irish Spring and Suave. Scent: I found the scent to have a light, pleasant manly scent. Definitely not overpowering; bordering on subtle. My one complaint was the scent did not seem to have a lingering affect after the shower. Consistency: The product is not particularly thick or viscous; actually it is kind of has a watery consistency. Result: After application, my skin felt clean, smooth and conditioned. This product's mostly natural ingredients are a nice plus. Complaints: 1. For soap....it's a bit pricey. 2. Based on the first try - R&D's slightly musky scent didn't seem to last after shower. Why a 2nd try: I last used this product two years ago. Since then, I have moved on from the navy and ship life. Store bought men's body-wash seems to be generic and dull like Axe body-spray; which is neither Rugged or Dapper. My hope this second time around will result prove the short lived scent was due to the ship environment. Overall: Rugged & Dapper is a good product. It wont give you that cheap Irish Spring feel with the additional benefit for your skin with R&D's natural ingredients which you'll immediately notice.

Regular shampoo, good lather and smell
The small bottle last a long time, smell and texture are great. It also lathers well. I haven’t really noticed a difference in my hair. Just seems like regular shampoo. I would buy it again for regular shampoo.

Cheap Dispenser
The product smells and feels nice, but the dispenser pump and bottle are cheap. The pump was broken upon arrival, and the bottle is thin and flimsy. One expects much better quality packaging at this price point. I will not be reordering this product simply because the luxury experience is ruined by the cheap dispenser. Marketing 101.

Great shampoo
Lathers well.. not overly greasy cleans hair but not to the point of drying out my scalp or hair. Has a nice easy fragrance

Great body wash!
I'm usually skeptical of all gendered products and find the "FOR HER" or "FOR MEN" on product labels groan-worthy...with the exception of bath products. For whatever reason, when it comes to body wash or shampoo, you either end up smelling like a bouquet of summer lilac or like that generic musky scent all for-men products like to use and I'm not trying to smell like I skipped a week's worth of showers by dousing myself in Axe. In comes Rugged & Dapper. A buddy of mine got some from his girlfriend and recommended it to me. Knowing I was wasn't a fan of strong generic man scents, I was sold on the smell. It's mild yet slightly musky so you know you're not using your mom's White Diamonds. I also peeped the label and was impressed by all the natural extracts and oils. It's very Whole Foods chic. I lathered up and was also pleased with how clean and soft my skin felt. All in all, an impressive body wash. This product also pulls double duty as a shampoo and I'm sure it's also great on hair but my crusty self uses a medicated shampoo so you'll have to ask someone else about that.
