Couldn't deal with the smell*edited
Update: The seller actually contacted me to see if they could help in any way so I asked to try their citrus scent. The citrus scent is A LOT better. My husband is actually willing to use this now! He likes it overall and I believe it has helped a bit with his beard dandruff. So I added 2 stars for the product and the conscientious sellers. Unfortunately I can't say how effective this product is because neither my husband nor I can deal with the "woodland" smell. I wish I had tried the citrus scent instead. My husband used it once but couldn't bear smelling it, and said is it had a formaldehyde smell to it.

Great product
I went from trying the Seven potions beard oil to adding the shampoo in the mix..the thing I didn't like about the shampoo is when you use it everything seems to instantly clump/tangle? together which is fine I enjoy the way the beard feels afterward. But after adding this conditioner into the mix every so often my beard feels amazing. I've used quite a few different brands but I'm impressed with them to stick around, there wax holds well too, my beards maybe about a foot most likely longer. I'd give them a try.

Conditions great, but I don't love the smell.
My beard felt nice and soft after using this product, but the smell was a little off putting.

Smells Horrid
The ingredients are safe as per EWG cosmetic safety standards. The product apparently works well and is highly spoken of. The company makes its products in the UK and other European countries. So what's the problem? IT SMELLS LIKE DEATH. Seriously, this stuff *reeks*; I had to run the fan for hours to dispel the stench in my bathroom after popping the cap (not even using it, just opening it!). I highly doubt the other scents are any better. Look elsewhere to treat your beard!

Great Conditioner, Not So Great Scent
This conditioner was fantastic. It was easy to apply and absorbed into the whiskers easily and left my beard feeling outstanding. My only quip was that I did not enjoy the Citrus Tonic scent and is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

I have non-porous, highly unruly curly beard hair which is difficult to hydrate and control but this conditioner is excellent at keeping it moisturised, lightweight and tamed. The product is a creamy balm, not runny but practically slippy and light so clings just enough without dripping away and is easy to spread through heat-coiled dry hair with no sticking together of the strands. My beard after a hot wash becomes bushy and frizzy standing away from my skin and there is a lot of it after just over 7 months growth, but this conditioner effortlessly has the hair Flowing soft with not much contouring to the strands at all. To the touch, the hair is supple and the moisture remains well into the next day when used alone without replenishment from balm or wax. There is also, as the marketing specifies, none of what I would call unsavoury ingredients at all and that is including things that could make oily-prone faces like mine break out - this is purely essential oils and waxes, sublime conditioning for the skin too so you can dig deep to the roots without needing beard oil in your routine to nourish the skin if you're well-past or don't have itch from your growing beard. There is also a decent amount in the smaller tube considering I've used a plentiful amount of product a half dozen times and I'm just hitting the halfway mark with it, notwithstanding how beneficial the contents are, and I don't rid of the conditioner's moisture by washing with a soap or cleaner often and my beard still feels nourished from that first application by the time I do come around to that; Bear in mind that non-porous hair, once hydrated, does not lose that moisture easily so consider that effectiveness in relation to more porous hair than mine. I chose the citrus tonic scent moreso out of curiosity as I can guess the woodland scent is a safer option and, though my nose isn't particularly cultured in this regard, is to me inoffensive which is the best I can say about it. It's not delightful but neither aggregious - mainly lemon on top with a slight powdery, heady, musky base beneath somewhat reminiscent of Pinaud Clubman, but it doesn't emanate or linger.

Anyone who buys this and then moans about the price should either shave their beard off, stop being a tight arse or keep buying crappy cheap brands like Bulldog. You pay for what you get and this condioner is right up there with Scotch Porter condioner, which is a massive compliment. Very nice smell and leaves my long, and usually curly beard, very manageable. I simply dry under a cool hairdryer and run a comb through it to straighten, then add some good quality beard butter (not balm) for extra conditioning. Google balm house, Nottingham, for amazing butters). Picture is after I've washed using this conditioner, blow dried and combed. For the purpose of this product review, I took the picture before the last stage of my grooming regime (brushing beard butter in). Also, this is a conditioner and not a shampoo, so don't expect it to lather. Overall I would still say that Scotch Porter is the best beard conditioner going, but make no mistake, this is right up there with it.

Suaviza mucho mi barba, que es dura y áspera. Es de lo mejor que he probado sin ser un aceite, que no me gusta. Mejor que otras mas baratas y populares que se venden por aquí.
