I'm giving this knife a positive review. I have only one concern. After cleaning the knife, we find it difficult to get the blade cover back on the blade. To us, the blade cover is so tight that it has to be pushed back onto the blade. By itself, new out of the box, the blade cover's sides touch each other. There is no space for the blade to fit into the cover without manipulating the cover onto the blade. Because the blade is so sharp, putting the blade cover back on the blade presents a danger. It seems dangerous to us, anyway. So we have only cleaned the blade once, and my wife and I did it together so we could see how to do it. We can see that we have to be very careful in putting the blade cover back on. We love the knife. The blade cover, not so much.

Bought this for my wife. She thinks it looks really neat. She says it's best to use on herbs and such. Not so good on vegetables. But that's okay. She really loves using the Rolling Knife and seeing what else she can cut with it. Dishwasher safe. Easy to clean. i would buy this product again.

Just got this and I love it! I've used it only the once, so far, to slice a cucumber, and it worked a treat! It was definitely worth the money!

I don't like taking it apart to use it. I have only used it once since I got it. I am afraid I will not use it. Not inpressed.

Chops a lot in a small space! We need that in the RV!
