A Game-Changer for Artists and Creators!
The Slice Craft Knife feels like an extension of my hand — it's absolutely magical for drawing, sketching, and precision work. The fine ceramic blade glides so smoothly it’s almost like sketching with a whisper. I can create delicate lines, sharp angles, and intricate shapes with total confidence. It’s beautifully balanced, super comfortable to hold, and gives me complete control over every movement, just like a favorite drawing pen. Plus, the blade stays sharp and clean far longer than any metal knife I’ve used, making the creative process feel effortless. This isn’t just a craft knife — it’s a true artist’s tool. If you love working with detail, you need this in your toolkit. It brings ideas to life with such grace!

No more cuts to bandage!!!
While I would not allow a child under 9 or 10 to use this, it's safe for the rest of us. I am terrified of Xacto knives because they are really sharp and have that point tip. I am not particularly clumsy, but I don't take chances when I can sense the impending bloodshed about to happen. So I got this lovely little safe thing. You will not cut yourself with it if you try, but it is great for opening envelopes, boxes, packages, and scoring paper. I also use it for details on sketches, knowing the sketch will survive, and so will I. Years ago I cut myself badly with an Xacto, accidentally, and that was enough!!!Then I found these. This is not my first purchase. It will not be my last. I try to have one in the carry-alls for each of my separate projects. These are safe. No ER visits with these, unless you do something waaaaay on the thin edge of the bell curve of potential accidents.EDIT: Uh, it will not cut your finger, but it will papercut the back of your hand. Thin skin can be cut, so keep that in mind. It is after all a type of knife.

Fantastic for colored pencils
This is an absolute must for when drawing wildlife using colored pencils. Does not damage the paper, unless pressure is too strong. Otherwise, it is a must tool in one's art supply box. I love it!

Love it.
This thing is pretty awesome. I've always had x-acto's and while those will always be a part of my tools, I think Slice products might have to join that list.I keep trying to figure out how this compares to an x-acto. .Are they better or worse than x-acto? No. . Are they pretty much the same product? . . yes and no. . Do I prefer one over the other? Not really. . Are they different? . . Yes. .They both cut really well but I think the main difference (other than the slice being ceramic) is that the tip isn't pointy. I guess if I HAD to pick one thing I like better? It's that. . My x-acto knives are always losing their tips, so really x-acto might as well make their blades with a rounded tip lol. I haven't had this slice long enough to tell but I do believe it may last longer than one of my x-acto blades just for that reason alone. All in all, the Slice is a nice comfortable cutting pen. It performs really well and has earned a permanent spot amongst my 'must haves'.
