Works Great — Would Buy Again!
I was tired of plugging in and unplugged all my peripherals each time I needed to take my laptop somewhere. However since I have a Mac that's a few years old, I needed a dock that's primary interface was USB-A. Unfortunately there's a HUGE sea of type-A USB docks that all claim to be able to do it all, but when you get into the fine details of the product it turns out even though it'll have 2-3 display outputs, it can only do one at a time, or it won't charge your laptop, or the USB speeds will diminish rapidly when multiple devices are plugged in all at once. But fortunately, this one doesn't suffer from any of those downfalls. I have both my monitors running at full resolution, I have high-speed ethernet going, a couple flash drives and my wireless mouse and keyboard all going, and the cherry on top, it still charges my laptop. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great dock with minimal set up and great build quality!

Meets my needs and value for my money
I have a Lenovo x390 and needed a docking station to extend my displays and additional USB ports for my microphone, a better web camera and external drive plus an SD card reader. I was looking to purchase the Lenovo docking station but the price is very expensive and almost 3x the price of this QgeeM docking station so I went ahead and bought this docking station and behold all my devices were connected in a breeze! I installed the display driver as stated in the product and my 2 monitors displayed perfectly. This little guy does it all and it did not even need an external power supply to power it. The design is sleek and looks premium. It is well built so I know this will last me long. Overall its design, portability and performance are the best features of this product. Glad I bought it.

Works with MacBook Air M1
I bought this device for use with my MacBook Air. My needs for this device in order of importance were wired ethernet, USB 3.0 ports, card reader, and multiple displays. The ethernet port seems to be blazing fast, especially in comparison to my wireless connection. I get the full speed from my provider on the Internet and lightning fast file transfers on my local network. The USB 3.0 ports work as one would expect and allow me to use my headset. The card reader is quick and is great to have built into the same device. I use this for transferring photos and videos, and I have no complaints about the speed.I don't typically use multiple displays, but I tested it out, and it worked great with the DisplayLink software installed on my Mac. I don't think it supports 4k monitors, but that's not a showstopper for me at the moment. As mentioned in the product description, this device does not allow power passthrough, so you can't charge your laptop through the USB-C ports. However, there is enough room between the two USB-C connectors on the MacBook that at least there is no problem plugging both the charger and the device in at the same time.Just for grins, I tried it with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and I didn't have much luck. It looked like it would read a card, but I couldn't get it to display anything on my monitor.Overall, this is a good product for the right scenario, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Works as Designed - Problem solver
We did not realize that the USB C in the laptop was not configured for video and wanted to use multiple screens. This unit is straightforward. I downloaded the drivers and connected the device. I read in another review that for the video to be optimized, the unit would need to be externally powered. I connected a USB 3 cable to the unit's USB C port and then connected the hardwired USB t my laptop's USB 3 port. Perfect connection and can run three external monitors. I read that some have had issues wit video refresh rates; I have not experienced any so far. I am not running games, but normal videos present no lagging issues.

It works
I made this purchase to connect a monitor to my laptop. Now I have dual screens. It was easy to setup and it does the job.

False facade operating from China - you no lucky with warranty!
Using a 2015 MacBook, it does not drive video to even one HDMI reliably. So I use it for USB and internet thru the ethernet. My unit started acting up maybe 4 months into its life and at the 6 month mark, I had to abort on it. I contacted the manufacturer who uses a Delaware phone number, Queens NYC address, and lists the product warranty as 18 months. The communication was from China, they wanted to sell me another unit for 50% off stating that to ship it back would cost to much and be too much hassle. If they are in NY which I'm only 30 minutes away, it would cost me about $8. I called them out on this and screen shot their warranty info from their website and emailed it back to you. They have since gone dumb and dark on me. QGeem is not honest to their consumers with a false USA location facade hiding the fact that they are in China. This solution is the only one with what features that does work for my MacBook, so I'm off to eBay.

Pretty in pink!
Original review: I bought this because of the ethernet port, but I thought it would be nice to be able to use it for my monitors, keyboard, and mouse. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my monitors because there was a lag with them and the mouse. It was annoying, so I only use it for the ethernet, keyboard, and mouse. It also gets very warm.Update: the seller reached out and informed me that the adapter needed to be powered in order for the monitors to work with no lag time for the mouse. It worked! Make sure you use the usb-c to power the adapter! This is included in the box, but it's too short to reach my outlet. Good thing I had an extra usb-c power cord lying around.

it is mostly good, not the best
I have used this now for about five months. I use two external monitors, ethernet, and a wireless mouse/keyboard combo in the dock connected to my surface pro. About a month ago, the wireless keyboard had so much lag that I had to get a wired one. Now the mouse is lagging substantially, but it doesn't lag when plugged directly into my USB port. I will likely purchase a wired mouse and then upgrade to a faster, more powerful docking station. I also have some bouts of slow internet. I recently updated the drivers, though I don't know if that will help my issues.

Simple to use, good price and works with everything
I bought this so that I could use dual monitors at home but I am able to use it to easily connect all of my peripherals as well. I frequently have to switch between my personal computer and work computer and this makes it easy because I leave all monitors and peripherals connected to the device and simply connect the devise to whatever computer I am using. I am glad it’s USB 2.0 and USB-C compatible because my work computer only has USB-C ports and my personal computer only has USB 2.0 ports. It’s cheaper than other port replicators or docking stations and does just as good a job.

Easy to install / extends to 2 external monitors fabulously
After a quick download of the required software (the packaging beautifully reminds you of this so you don't miss a step) this is truly plug and play. On an older Dell lap top with windows plus 10. 2 monitors. I can be so much more efficient!! Love this.Haven't used the other ports yet but I'm sure they will come in handy!

It Depends
This works well with dual monitors ONLY if your processing is limited with not many applications open at the same time, in my experience. If you need to do anything with videos, like editing, it chokes and is an unusable bottleneck. But then, even an i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM chokes at times for video rendering. I found the seller to be reputable and helpful. For those critical reviews: are you plugging it into a 3.0 port and not a 2.0 port? A main recurring issue is at times there is a lagging and the mouse will skip and move too slowly or stop and restart going across the screen.
