Doxgo HDMI Switch Hub Box Ultra HD 4K, 2x1 or 1x2 Bi-Directional Switcher with HDCP Passthrough, 1080P HDTV 3D

Works fine so far. Seems well constructed in a sturdy metal enclosure. I'm using it to connect two DVD players to a single HDMI input.

Out of the box, the single button used to flip the switch got stuck. It works like a click-top pen, but only clicked one way. Found that wiggling the switch button around a bit caused a little "click" inside after which the button was able to switch in the other direction. After getting stuck and wiggling for a few days, it seems to reliably switch both ways now. Somewhat problematic, but forgivable.Switch is passive and there seems to be enough signal degradation that with a 1m cable to it then a 10m cable to my 120Hz monitor, it loses enough signal to have issue? Not sure if that's the cause, could be cheap cables, but it's happening with another very similar switch as well. Does work consistently with my 60Hz TV with a 3m (maybe 5?) cable.

...I've been using this switch for a month and so far I have no complaints!I'm using it to switch my PC's HDMI output to two different displays (a 22 inch monitor and a 50 inch LED TV.) A quick press of a button and it flips back and forth between both displays in seconds! (Side note: if you're using it for this purpose, you may have to play around with your PC's video/audio settings to fine-tune the whole process.)The device itself is very well made. The casing is made entirely of metal, which give it a nice durable look/feel. LED indicators are used to show which output is in use. When no HDMI signal is detected, both LED lights turn off. A noticeable "click" can be heard as well. Even though it's on for long periods of time, it never seems to get warm.With these types of switches, one of biggest concerns is image degradation. I'm happy to report that the picture quality looks exactly the same, with or without the switch. Furthermore, I haven't noticed any additional input lag when playing games.And here's the best part - there's no power required! Considering how well it works, it's almost hard to believe.Overall, I am extremely impressed with this switch. If you're looking for an easy way to switch between two different displays without having to unplug and reconnect HDMI cords, this will do the trick.FINAL NOTE: As advertised, this switch is bi-directional. This means you can also output two different devices to one display (such as two video game consoles to the same TV.) I personally haven't tried this yet, so I can't comment on how well it works. But if I ever do, I'll make sure I update this review!

The switcher only has an effective range of 24ft or less. This was not posted and unfortunately was not near long enough. I'm sure it would work for shorter distanced. The build feels solid and has a great finish.Also, this is a push button not a dial select. The picture has a glare.The seller did contact me about service prior to the review. I did not see it before posting. This has caused me to re-write the review.

This device did exactly what it is suppose to do....Very straight forward.I hooked up my DVD Player >>> to my Dinning Room (Switch #1 / and Living Room (Switch #2)....to their respective TV's...without having to deal with the investment of buying another DVD Player...and another Remote for the rest of my pile.My DVD Player Remote... however, (if any).. does not work well through a wall,..... but it does bounce nicely of my wall mirrors. I usually just watch movies, so I'm really not up and down that much. Very happy with purchase.

This switch worked for about 1 year, and it worked well. But then, when my cable company switched out the cable box it stopped being able to switch, the red light switched between the two sides but the output didn't work. Switched the two output destinations thinking maybe that's what was bad, but that didn't help. The #2 side died.

Excellent, and simple!! I was looking into crazy expensive hubs just to try to get something that would switch between 1) Monitors and 2) My USB Keyboard/Mouse (both only need one port), and this offered a great solution! I spent a total of $30 and got this and a switch hub for one USB device (Plugable USB 2.0 Switch), and saved myself a lot of money. This is really small, too, maybe 2"x2", so it's not obnoxious either. Didn't need drivers, simple to install.

The media could not be loaded.      Product no longer works after only a month and a half. Flickers between recognizing a video source and searching for one.Original review: (5 stars)I'm using this to switch between a 720p projector and a 2k 25" LG ultrawide monitor. I was skeptical and a little worried based on the reviews, but it works flawlessly. Will update if it stops working.Edit 2: Doxgo reached out to me and gave me a full refund.
