Broke within a month
This produce was certainly cheap, but it broke within a month (shocker!). None of the USB ports work anymore, and the whole casing slides off and interferes with the ability to get the USB C male end fully inserted at time. The HDMI cord still works, but it takes some serious fiddling to get it to register after being unplugged.After making do with one working dongle (NOT this product) and this piece of trash for far too long, I finally ordered a proper replacement.Don’t be tempted as I was from the cheap price. You get what you pay for!

very disappointed
i got this to be able to connect my ipad to my monitor via HDMI. It looked fine, but when I tried plugging the usb-c into my ipad, IT DIDNT EVEN GO IN ALL THE WAY. total waste of my money

It is very difficult to connect with the iPad
When connecting with the Ipad it is very complicated and too hard, it seems as if it is going to break the connector of the Ipad

fried in first 10min of use
It worked for about 10 min. Then stopped and decided to retire.

Piece of junk!
Do not buy! We bought a brand new MacBook Pro and this thing doesn’t even go into the port all the way! Not happy. Ended up buying a different one. No issues with that one.

Broke on first day of use, just fell apart and the ports came out of its casing
Its been hard finding a good reliable USB-C dongle. They all have a shelflife, and are vulnerable to getting damaged overtime.With this product, the very first time I used it, not only did it completely fall apart, it fried the top right port when I tried to charge through PD. This hub can't even handle the Watts you guys claim it does?I'm pissed about this. It literally just fellt apart on each end. What a joke.
