Sturdy, Effortless Open/Close
My old gate latch was terrible. Required two hands to open, not intuitive, constantly coming undone and hyperextending. It actually damaged my gate and pulled apart the wood. This latch is reversible, easy to install, and opens/closes the gate with one finger’s effort. Excellent latch. I did about 40 minutes of product research before buying and I am definitely happy with this purchase. Hopefully it holds up over time.UPDATE: still works perfectly after 6 months

Beefy, secure latch
I really think this latch is awesome. Was easy to install.... I flipped it around as per the instructions for my opening. I love the way when the gate closes it goes "clunk" not "clink" like cheap latches. Highly recommend.

As described, sturdy, simple and efficient
Very easy to place without diy skills, sturdy. Just remember to check which side you need to set on (left or right) as described on the instructions!
