You get what you pay for
The media could not be loaded. The heat part worked just fine. But noticed there were spots that the hot water didnt work on. Great overall mug and I know the giftee is going to love it, just a little disappointed from the quality

We have had this mug for a while now and my husband loves it! Still changes color with the hot beverage added. Recommend hand washing, too scared to put in the dishwasher. Would buy again.

Don’t wash in dishwasher, otherwise great mug
The color change doesn’t work as well after many uses, make sure to hand wash and not put in dishwasher. It was a great gift and a good sized mug.
