Pretty close to regular chibata
It has a good texture & taste, not as soft. It is a little dry, but still makes a good sandwich. I feel it's a good alternative!

Hands down one of the best GF products on the market
These are the lightest, tastiest gluten-free bread products I think I've ever had. A quick warming of the rolls makes them very soft, and you could just eat them with butter. Not many gluten-free breads that I could say that about. They freeze easy.

Great product, crunchie than the "regular" Ciabatta and much cheaper. Since it's an add-on product, I can't just order it alone so I have to plan ahead.

Beware of how many you get for price
The rolls are great. In the past I’ve ordered them and it was 6 packages of 4-rolls. I didn’t pay attention when ordering this time, and for $14 I got one package. That’s more than $3 per roll. Definitely not that good. Wish I’d read the description more carefully.
