Poorest customer service I have seen in a while. My unit didn't work, returned it to dealer where I purchased it. Ego had it for 4 MONTHS! Then said its no longer in warranty! The dealer I used doesn't sell EGO products anymore due to their poor customer service. Beware....

Works well with their task of handsfree, but if you plan to use their MP3 capabilities look for other product. It only play music on speakers of one side, left or right, but only one. According to the sound technician explanation, this product has a little amplifier that only has enough power for the speakers of one side of the car. It's ridiculous...

I've had mine for years in my 06 Avalon. I purchased the car used and it was already installed. I paired my phone and it's been great. Not the best feature set, but WELL this price. I am familiar with these type of installations and if your only getting sound out of one speaker when playing music, it's not integrated correctly. It uses when speaker when on calls, but not when playing music.My screen finally went out and then I got a new phone and can't pair it - no display. I thought they were completely out if stock everywhere - since discontinued. Still contemplating on keeping my car, but if I do, I'm getting another one. Can't beat this price.

I bought this because it was so inexpensive compared to the Parrot ones, but I really like it! Looks good, sounds good, I don't have to yell anymore to the speakerphone.
