I bought this to send signal from a guitar to a mixing board about 110 feet away. It worked without any degradation and the signal was more than clean enough for recording. Low impedance XLR output makes it easy to hook up. I didn't need to use the ground lift switch so far, but it's nice to have the feature in case of any buzzing. The parallel high impedance output is a useful feature if you also need to send the signal to a nearby amp or processor at the same time. The body of the box is really solid; I don't see it getting damaged easily. This thing is definitely worth the cost.
