Conditioner (Zero% Collection Conditioner, 15.5oz)

Love this product! As with the majority of reviews, I first used this in a hotel that I stayed at on vacation. I love the feel of my hair and the smell is amazing! My hair feels softer and lighter and it's great knowing I don't have all those horrible chemicals in my hair. I was a little skeptical to purchase this product because some of the reviews suggest it's not the same product in the bottle as it is at the hotel. I believe that it is the same product. Although it might be a little thinner. I feel like I'm using more pumps than I did in the hotel. Not entirely sure. But I do love it and I plan to continue buying it! They actually sell it in a gallon size and that will be my next purchase.

As others stated, I wish I would have looked at the size before purchasing. Very small amount for the price. However, I did originally buy it after using it at a hotel, and I still liked the way it made my hair feel. I would be a repeat buyer if the price lowered!

I recently ordered the Gilchrist & Soames Zero% Collection Conditioner in the 15.5oz size, but was disappointed when I received a 15oz bottle, which is the same size typically used in Hilton hotels. Not only was the size smaller than advertised, but it also wasn’t as shown in the picture. The image displayed a full-sized bottle, leading me to expect a larger product. While the conditioner itself worked well and left my hair feeling soft and manageable, the mismatch in size and packaging was frustrating. I was hoping for a more substantial bottle based on the product description and image. Overall, the conditioner is effective, but the discrepancy in size and packaging was a letdown. I’d recommend double-checking the size and product details before purchasing if you’re expecting the exact item shown.

My wife first discovered this Gilchrist & Soames Zero% Conditioner during a stay at a boutique hotel a while back. She used it once, turned to me, and said, “Why does this smell so good?!” Fast forward to today, and I’ve been buying it for her ever since. She loves the quality of this.

$30 for 15 ounces. I bought this thinking it was a 32 ounce. I would have paid $30 for a 32 ounce, but it really isn't worth $2 an ounce. It's not that great. That's why hotels use it. I will not be buying this again, not for that price. I do buy Oribe conditioners. Now those are $60 for that amount and those are definitely worth it. But, not Zero% Collection Conditioner, 15.5oz. It smells ok and does do some conditioning since their shampoo is very drying, but it's not good enough for the price.

I like this shampoo and conditioner, but for the cost it is quite small, and they need better packaging for shipment. I received mine today, and the pump was broken on the conditioner.
