I use this to mount a phone, or tablet, or e-reader to the handle bars of my spin bike. Works great, plenty of grip strength and the ball joint works very well - easy to tighten as well. I'd buy again.

Bought this to hold iPad while riding exercise bike, works great and keeps it secure in place.

It's super-easy to install. I have a small exercise bike with a foam-covered handle open at the top and with a chunky control unit on the middle of the bottom part of said handle. I installed this holder to one side of the top. My tablet is a Fire 8 inside a case and it fits perfectly. There is plenty of expansion room for a bigger tablet. I can twist the tablet to horizontal if I want to use the side grips on the handle.
