Powder coater

Works for me, but it may not be great
I started powder coating at home for very small parts (3 inches in length at most). This powder coating gun works fantastically if I pre-heat the metal first but not very well if I rely solely on the static charges. I’m not sure if that’s normal for small parts, but I’m guessing the low voltage is a big factor there.

Did the Job
This was my second time with powder coating equipment. the first was a different brand, this one worked as advertised. Used it on 12" x 12" signage, it worked best when 1/2 to 1/3rd full of powder.

When needing to paint the metal toys, I will use the Eastwood spray gun first choice.

Not built well but works
The epoxie seal near the end handle that holds it all together tight came off and is flimsy and not strong, it works fine for a beginner gin but keep in mind it is not built very well
