This is a great pool net. I love the weighted bottom - makes it much easier. I can get all the leaves at one time because it keeps the net submerged and the leaves I already gathered don't come out. Much faster to clean the pool. Great size and it's very durable. No tears at all.

This is re: an inground plaster pool of about 28' x 15'.I've been using an aluminum frame usual blue net skimmer [3-4 of them?] the past 9 years in Vegas. Don't know if the heat affects the net, but they always get a gash in the front middle; about 3-4" below the center of the frame. Gash about 3" wide, but still usable. Those blue nets feel kinda sorta plastic-y, instead of real nylon. I think that's why they don't last.So, Prime Day showed me this net for 15.99. More expensive, but the net looked superior - and it is. The plastic frame, however, is not as good as it looks. It scrapes my plaster pool bottom, rather than gliding and scooping debris. I can see I will need to be very careful on the pool bottom so as to NOT break the frame with a quick motion. The frame does not feel very strong, or slide along the bottom very well, hence why this skimmer is short of 5 star.I like the net, and the little tab thingy to aid in shaking out debris. I think the net will last a good while, hopefully. It does seem "finer" compared to the blue ones, so I expect it to catch more of the tinier stuff. We shall see...

Do not go to your pool store, just order this as it's the best net and frame hand down. I do replace it every year but I use it at least once a day. The frame is sturdy and works well to scoop up debris from the bottom of the pool.

This pool net is far better than a normal skimming net. There is a weight at the bottom of the net that helps the net stay down when using it as well as very easy to empty the net when you want to discard of leaves or frogs etc. Also, the net has an edge that you can easily slide on the pool bottom to pick up leaves and other debri. Ease of use and time saver....

Replaced a net that was a couple of years old and got damaged as a result of overuse during last storm. This net is incredible. Lightweight, the entire outside perimeter is rubberized so not only do I feel it will work better than the rigid hard plastic of my former one, it works to 'skid' along the floor of my pool to dust up some of the smaller particles and scoop them into the net. The other wonderful feature is that the net itself is doubled up so it catches much finer debris which often sifted through the webbing of the older net. It has a large capacity bag and is incredibly sturdy feeling. HIGHLY recommend and great value for the money.

Pool net works great, picks up leaves at pool bottom very well with ease on my vinyl pool. Big space and quite stable.
