Works well for a very non-standard use
I needed a 30,000 wt, silicon fluid to use as a dampener in turntable tone arm. Specifically an SME 3009 Series II (improved) tone arm. It is ideal and works very well, preventing vibrations from traveling down the tonearm to the stylus.
