liked: used this with my Merrell shoes and it was comfortable, walked several miles with it in Europe

These are not good for sensitive feet needing cushion

Good choice for my hiking boots
Not perfect but close enough to be my first choice. I’d prefer a bit more arch support but I have high arches.
