Fantastic product for the price!!! Don't listen to anyone supplying a bad review! It takes a little bit of tweaking to make it sound awesome! Depending on the situation for sound you simply need to know what you are doing!! That's paramount! People with the issues just do not know what to do simply enough! Great product!

at first i was hesitant on buying this speaker but i ended up buying it n i saw all the comments talking abt its good overall n it has some distortion but rlly it doesnt rlly have distortion only if u turn it up fully on a song thats like rlly high n the speakers are made of cheap plastic lowk but its rlly good n the bass thing is smaller than expected but its looks cool and its rlly easy to set up but its kinda a lot of wires i would buy this if your looking for cheap subwoofers but if u have a big budget dont get it you can definitely get something better

the volume knob is great,I love that there is a headphone jack on the knob too. I'm sad to say that the volume knob doesn't make up for the short comings. The jack that the satellites plug into is very temperamental at best, one of them is almost never working . The input has to be less than 100% into the jack for the 2nd satellite to actually be engaged and getting to the sweet spot is very difficult to catch at times. So many times you're only going to hear one side of the mix. The subwoofer is great,it is actually 100X more than I need. I'll almost only turn it up a tiny bit because it is way too much and far too loud compared to the high end (especially when one of those doesn't even work). Sometimes I'll have the volume set to max and can barely hear it. I have to unplug the it from the outlet and when I plug it back in its louder. This is highly annoying to have to randomly reach down and start messing around with my power strip. I purchased this because the audio quality of my old speakers was crap and had next to no bass at all. The trade off has been questionable. ;; Edit 2020-08-26 18 months and it looks like the subwoofer is dying or something, it just start cutting out and in at random. Despite never actually moving the subwoofer and hardly ever touching it the volume knob on the back of the subwoofer appears to be loose. I suppose it might be a loose connecting inside but how that could have happened is a mystery to me. Downgraded review from 2 to 1 star.

I took my time purchasing this. Amazon was out of stock for a bit then it came back and i researched some more. From all I saw for this price range this was the best. When I hooked it up at first it was good. For the price i was happy. The subwoofer is decent. On the lowest setting sometimes it distorts so its not perfect and i wouldnt recommend putting it on full bass. I like the control pod feature however when i hooked up my headphones to the port i found that the headphones were too quiet for me so i just ended up plugging into my computer for that. The sound is clear from the satellite speakers. Now my kids on day one pushed in the cone on a satellite but it still worked. Then day two the knob on the sub stopped working. if i wiggle it then it works but i have to push it to one side otherwise it goes to full bass. really very annoying. now my satellite speaker on the right stopped working completely. I gave it three stars because at first I really enjoyed them the sound was perfect for me but I think i just drew the short straw and got a bad unit. I dont have the box anymore and i dont want to go through the hassle of shipping it back and waiting. ill wait till tax time and buy a better sound system. If you can get a unit that works great with no problems this is perfect for the price. Just hope it lasts. The last set of Cyber Acoustics speakers i bought lasted for 6 years and they were 2.1 as well so naturally I went for this. So dont be surprised if there are problems its a really cheap price people.

I was very impressed with the Cyber Acoustics CA-3090 2.1 Speaker System. The sound quality is exceptional, and the price is an absolute steal! Honestly, in my opinion, the sound performance rivals, and in some cases even surpasses, that of much more expensive speaker systems I've used in the past. A major plus for me is the convenient, on-desk volume control; it's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in everyday use. I highly recommend this speaker system to anyone looking for a great audio experience without breaking the bank.

necesitaba un sistema 2.1 para audio ambiental, soy más una persona de usar audífonos pero me llamó la atención este producto por su bajo precio, hay reviews en internet y pues brindan lo que necesitas, este sistema es muy bueno y estéticamente me gusta bastante, el tamaño es bueno y su potencia igual, realmente no hay otro sistema 2.1 a este precio y con estas características, sirve para mi computadora, celular y visualizar películas, en un cuarto de 6x6 metros, las uso en un volumen medio y se siente la diferencia de tener el subwoofer, la calidad es aceptable y el mando giratorio está muy coqueto(volumen) y tiene auxiliar y entrada de audífonos, su luz led combia bien con mi computadora, realmente es un buen producto en el aspecto de "precio/calidad", lo compré de importación, lo enviaron por DHL, llegó excelentemente embalado.

For the asking price, this is a great 2.1 speaker system for a PC. The two speakers are well designed with built-in pedestals to hold them upright. They have a nice shiny black on silver color that blends well and matches many modern computer setups. The sound quality of the two speakers is decent, but highs can be a little muddied with the bass from the subwoofer, making some voices occasionally difficult to hear. I wish they were just a bit louder, they seem to be lacking some “oomph”. The subwoofer itself is small but mighty with plenty of bass that really enhances the overall listening experience. You won’t get ground shaking lows, but the bass is immediately noticeable and really adds to the overall experience when gaming or watching movies. The subwoofer has the main 2 prong power cable and the two speakers plug into the back with an aux plug built in to the speakers. There is a small dial on the rear of the sub to adjust the amount of bass, but I found leaving it at the halfway point to sound the best. Very happy with this speaker set overall, for less than $40.00, can’t go wrong.

Got it for my kid, he likes it. I find the bass gets loud, but due to the driver size, it doesn't get very low. Mids and highs don't sound that great, very hollow sounding.
