These saved my hardwood floors through two knee replacement surgeries. They're a bit difficult to take off and on (I took them off before going outside.) I definately recomment them--and they're inexpensive.

They work really well on my walker. They last longer up not used outside or on concrete.

The covers are sturdy and glide well. They are difficult to put on the gliders without pliers as they fit so tightly . In my opinion , it takes someone with very strong hands to put them on. That said, they are well made and do the job they are meant to do, protect the floors.

These are a tight fit on the skis we have. They are slightly difficult to install for someone with average hands. Someone with weak or arthritic hands may need to have someone else install these. We have been through one pair of these and found that they completely eliminated scuffing on hardwood floors. This house is kept very clean, and these covers were not used outside. After about a year, the first pair wore through, and I ordered another two pairs. The rate of wear will depend on the floor surfaces they are used on, and how the walker is used. Some people put quite a lot of weight on their walker as they slide it forward, and this will quickly wear out covers and skis. I taught Mom to ease up and use the walker lightly, and this has greatly reduced the wear on the skis on her outside walker, as well as accounting for the longevity of the covers used inside. Her floors are smooth, so they don't cause rapid wear of the covers. We have had no trouble with the covers staying on the skis.

On all the new flooring the wood looking vinyl scratches with walkers these make all the difference

Great idea & I like that they don't scratch the floor. That being said only gave 3 stars due to the fact, they don't fit over the entire sled. They are too small to completely cover the bottom of sled.

Excellent help to avoid scratching the floors with a walker. Have been using these for several years. They last a long time as well as they are very durable. They are also easy to slip on and remove if you take your walker outside.
