A little goes a long way
Pectolase (Pectic Enzyme) is essential if you want clear (see-through) rather than cloudy homemade cider and country wines. You add less than 1/2 teaspoon to a gallon so this size of tub is for people using it on a regular basis because it goes a long way. Once opened, keeping it in the fridge considerably extends shelf life.
