A good looking appliance
The hob arrived on on time and in perfect condition.It was a straight replacement for a failed hob by a different manufacturer so was easy to fit.I like the fact that the design includes two cooling / circulating fans on the underside which is an improvement on my failed hob.

Heats up very quickly
This is very nice, it's actually a fair bit bigger than we expected. Could have just done with a 2 ring, but couldn't find a decent one. Heats very quickly. Does attract all the dust and crumbs. But we are pleased with it.

Rubbish product, rubbish company.
Two year warranty, packed up after 2yrs 6 months. Klarstein don't even bother responding to emails.Bad product, even worse customer service.Oh, and a week before the hob packed up, the Klarstein cooker hood packed up as well! Garbage after garbage.You'd do well to avoid this shoddy company altogether!

Overall not bad
Cooks pretty well and happy with safety shut off. However very annoying buttons, doesn't take much at all to respond so too easy to change setting or turn off completely

Stylish induction hob
This hob is lovely to use and easy to clean, great value for money. I chose it because it was white and was having trouble getting one. It’s slightly grey in colour particularly against my white Bosch cooker but tones in well with my worktop. The only thing is I couldn’t work out how to register the warrantee, I’m assuming it has one, the paper work doesn’t say anything but it stated in the details on Amazon so if anyone finds out what to do if it breaks down in the first year please let me know
