I do not take this on a regular basis, but it definitely does have an effect when I do! It smells pretty earthy, and the taste can throw someone for a loop. As long as you drink or eat something after ingesting, the taste does not linger long, and it is not too unpleasant. It does not affect my stomach, and I do feel effects after taking it. I feel more focused and centered. Liquid drops seem to work better than the powder! With continuous use it does seem pretty long-lasting.

I really like these liquid maca drops. I prefer liquid supplements over pills, so this is perfect for me. The taste is mild, the ingredients are clean, and it’s easy to add into my morning routine. Great quality from a brand I trust!

Has a hint of sweetness. Felt more energy with first dropper. Just be careful with pairing stimulants because I got a little heart palpitations. They calmed down within a half hour but was rather surprised the first dose was so effective. Can't wait to see how I feel in a month. Might make someone nauseous on an empty stomach.

Tastes disgusting . Not sure if it does what it says yet since I haven't taken it long enough.

I love this product. I’ve tried maca powder but it’s difficult to consumer regularly. This is easy to take and tastes good. I haven’t taken it long enough to notice any differences in my health but I’ve been in a good mood all week since starting it :)

Effective when used everyday for a good two weeks consistently. I add it to my shakes in the AM.

My husband says it doesn’t do anything for him but he’s only been on it for a week. Maybe it will kick in later.
