These works great! Unless you do all your friends' DVD's, you'll have a 6-pack for a while, but this product is well worth it. They work excellent. CD's look almost new when finished.

We have a video game repair shop and we use a polish compound with these buffing pads in the machine. They do a good job on removing scratches from cds, dvds, game cds. For some reason they do not have these in canada, these last about half a year of cleaning hundreds of discs. I've tried others and not so good results.

Great value and received fast. Packaged well. The system has saved CD's that were virtually unplayable. Received an unplayable DVD from Netflix then polished it with JFJ products. Worked perfectly!

I bought this buffing machine as a second unit for our store. We resurface many discs in a single day. The machine works great and will get even the worst scratches on most discs out. Our team has been happy with the machine itself. The issue is that the included (4) buffing pads are poor quality. Our team was only able to fix 10 - 20 discs per pad before they fell apart and disintegrated. So the same day we recieved our machine we were forced to order 6 more additional pads at a cost of $45 hoping we just received an old or bad batch of buffing pads. The pads we recieved also disintegrated quickly and becoming unusable only after 10 - 20 discs. I have now ordered an additional 10 pads at $80 from JFJ but we are going to not use these and return this system due to poor customer service. We sent a message to JFJ via amazon. JFJ replied back to us to ask for us to call them. We did and left a message. A few hours later a man called me back and suggested the top plastic bracket may be broken and pressing too hard. He asked if we could take photos and text it to his personal phone which is what we did. He called me back and informed me nothing was broken but I should be getting at least 100 discs buffed per pad at 1 minute cycles. He then determined our issue to be that the hook and loop pad on the bottom to be uneven due to spent compound. This was not the case as the black pad was clean. No other solution was offed to us. We want our money back for the spent pads. This solutuon though still does not also cover the spent compound we purchased at a inflated price. Just be aware of this machines flaws before purchase. If you are a professional company that expects results I would suggest a different higher end brand.

Works perfect with the JFJ Easy Pro. Use NO substitutes. Actually a substitute would be hard to fine.
