are the tweeter angles adjustable?

No, the angle is not adjustable.However, both the tweeter and the main driver are not "flat" facing directly downwards; both are mounted tilted at a fixed angle. And since you can rotate the speaker, you have reasonable postition nadjustment towards the listening point.Besides... sound quality is AWESOME!!!

Anybody match this line up with any monitor series towers? How do they sound together? I got some 70s...

I guess you will use your Monitor Series tower speakers as front speakers and the in-ceiling 70-RT as rear/surround speakers.Haven't done that exact match. However, I checked specs for the Monitor Series towers and the RT floor standing speakers the RT-70 are designed to match. Both speakers are full range (as the RT-70) and appear to have the same tweeter (1" silk/plymer). Midrange and Subwoofer differ a bit in size and type.My guess is, considering the RT-70s specs and superb performance (I use mine in a 2.1 arrangement in my bedroom), any acoustic mis-match (if any) should be hard no notice. I would say, go ahead!

Can i install 7 polk audio 70rt speakers for 7.1 system

Yes, if you have a hollow ceiling and you want discreteley mounted recessed speakers, I'm sure these will work great!Polk has available in-ceiling subwoofers, or you can hide the sub behind a couch or sofa...
