Got this for Christmas gift and it was nice

Assembly was easy enough but the decals were killer; I think there are a total of 45 to put on it. Our 3 y/o loved it, he wants to ride it inside and out. You need wide doors & open spaces if you buy it for inside use. I haven't had any real problems with traction but I am looking for a way to alter the rear tires with some kind of rubberized band or cover to ensure traction on all types of surfaces. I wish it came with 2 batteries so he doesn't have to stop riding while charging. I'd recommend it as gift along with an additional battery.

Bought this for Christmas for my 2 year old and he loves it! It has a great battery life and is easy for him to use. My three complaints about this are 1) Location of the battery for charging, 2) No reverse, 3) Struggles on rough terrain. For number one the battery is underneath the seat so you have to screw it off to charge (more annoying than anything), for two I should have read better I know since everything on here states it doesn't go backwards, but I didn't and I am a little sad that it doesn't reverse. As for the third item, it does not perform well on grass or rocks (I have a desert landscape backyard), but on sidewalks, driveways and on carpet or tile does fine, just wish is went on grass. Overall, my son loves this so a great purchase for the price point, these were just the things that were annoying to me.

Still working after 2 year

Its definitely rated 3+ for a reason. My two and a half year old flips it over and spins the wheels. But he is also a little big and when he got into the grass is bogged down a lot. I'm not sure how fast it will go with a bigger 3 year old on it. The battery lasted pretty good, but the steering is terrible. It does not turn good at all. We couldn't even make a circle in the garage. You would need a good straight line or open field. I wouldn't buy this again. I'll wait until he is a little older and get something bigger and easier to steer. If you have a tiny 3 year old and always go walking down the street, then this will work fine.

I've had nothing but issues since ordering this quad toy. First of all I ordered it and it was supposed to arrive 4 days before Christmas and I didn't get it until a week after Christmas. Next once it finally did arrive some of the pieces were already cracked and broken and assembled incorrectly as if it was already used by somebody else who had returned it. After I fixed the pieces that were assembled incorrectly I began to read the instructions on how to assemble it and came to find out that the instructions are so vaguely written that they just really want you to use the pictures which isn't very easy. And then just to top off this nightmare once I had the quad completely assembled and plugged in the battery to charge overnight when I got up the next morning before I went to go pick up my daughter's I tried to test out the quad and the battery didn't even work!I had to call the customer service line which didn't even answer the first three times I called even though it was during business hours finally talked to somebody who seems to know immediately like this happens a lot that it had gotten a faulty battery. now the new battery won't arrive for three to four more business days and my daughters will be here this afternoon to look at this toy that doesn't even work. This has been the most frustrating online purchase I have ever made and I absolutely do not recommend anyone buying from this company in the future I would give it a zero Stars if that were an option.

Bought this for one of my granddaughters for X-mas. We live in the lower Southwest and have fairly mild winters, with plenty of opportunities for her to ride her quad. She is 3 yrs. old and kind of small for her age. The quad does really good on desert like terrain and is easy to get going. I was unable to put the quad together but a family friend put together in about 1 hr. and spent another hour putting all the stickers on. This will be a toy that she will be able to use for 2 or 3 more years, so definitely a good boy.
