This quality of this product is excellent. It arrived in beautiful & sturdy packaging. The product was SEALED, in pristine new condition (unlike some other brands I purchased that arrived used, chipped, cracked etc ). This is genuine Nephrite Jade (most likely not Jadeite since there’s a US embargo in it). This is not Amazonite or quartz but genuine jade. The Roller is sturdy & weighted & really nice quality. The genuine jade Gua Sha stone is not too large & fits in the palm of your hand. Very effective and does the job. The stone is smooth (surface and edges) with no pitting, no flaws. LOVE ❤️ this product and the attention to quality control of this (USA 🇺🇸company). I will be buying more of these as gifts.

This is a quality product. The stone has a nice feel to it on the skin. I notice an immediate difference following a treatment when my facial muscles are relaxed. Great product if you stay consistent with a Gua Sha program.

I love this product and it was packaged really cutely. Very high quality. My only noticable issue is that the bigger side of the roller doesn't roll very smoothly, but otherwise it's a great affordable product.

The media could not be loaded. to start off, the packaging is amazing, the jade roller and guasha were protected so well. just looking at the box shows how much care they put into this. the box is 100% recyclable which i love. in the box, there is a pouch to put the guasha and roller in and also a thank you card and a instructional card. which has a link on it to show do’s and don’ts when using both products. so overall i 100% recommend and will update my experience with both products overtime to truly see its quality and reliability.

Very nice and smooth all around but then there's this sharp edge like it was unfinished. Really bummed out because otherwise it's very nice quality. I will keep it and see if I can find a stone polishing paper to fix it.

Gotta use it consistently and correctly!
