Almost Perfect!
I love the vibrant colours of this french press! It brightens up my morning. It seems to be fairly well made for the price. The glass beaker is thick and seems sturdy. No stray coffee grounds made it past the filter into my coffee.The one flaw I have noticed is that the glass beaker separates from the plastic holder very easily. I gently turned it over to clean/dump out the coffee grounds and the glass beaker immediately slipped out. If I hadn't caught it it would have fallen and likely broken. This is especially strange because the bottom of the plastic holder has a warning that states: "CAUTION: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE GLASS FROM PLASTIC" .....well I didn't have to attempt. It just falls out on its own.

Grounds in my cup…lots of grounds
Love a French press. Makes great coffee except for the mud left at the bottom of the cup. I use Dunkin’. Can’t grind my own or have it ground more coarse. I work on a tow boat and I get what they send.There is no strainer for pouring the coffee out to catch the grounds. THAT is the drawback. Otherwise I am pleased. But it is almost a deal breaker for me. I can hardly wait for the day it breaks to get a replacement!😁The capacity is perfect for my morning fix. The previous pot was so small I had to brew twice.It’s always something!😆

I LOVE this teapot! It’s so cute, it pours well and it’s easy to clean.I will say, don’t put it in the dishwasher. I had take the whole thing apart after it went through the dishwasher, because a bunch of sandy dishwasher crud got trapped between the glass and the plastic. A hot soapy water rinse is more than enough to clean it though.The strainer cup it comes with is rubbish , it’s rough and difficult to clean and would rust quickly. I replaced it with the “NORMALESS Extra Fine” loose tea strainer with the legs removed. It’s the perfect size for it and has an extra lid, which is nice.
