Bought size 18 mo for my 17 mo grandaughter. She is tall but only weights about 20#. 18 mo size was perfect for her. I have to roll up sleeves and pants legs, which is what I wanted. Growing room. Nice and thick material. Minnie pic on front is nice quality Cute.
