it is great! easy to install,holds my cups with ease, attached to the wall no problem (with a rechargeable screw driver) had a refreshing cup of water in less than two minutes!I could not be happier with anything I purchased from Amazon!WaterFilters Online gets 5 stars as well as this item!!!thanksNewmom ;)

I do not usually write reviews for products but I wanted to write this one to tell everyone not to buys this product. I installed it on my water cooler fairly easily but after testing it a few times by pulling out a cup like it would normally be used, one of the clips that held the cups snapped off. After looking at what held it on, there was not doubt as to why it broke as the clip was held by a couple of plastic tabs less then 1/16 of an inch thick. if you are looking at this product and this review I will tell you to stay away as it's a piece of junk.

The description showed that it was to work with 3oz cups, no way. 5oz cups barely stay in it and when you take one out most of the times multiple come out.

I have a water dispenser I use at home. I thought it would be cool to have a cup dispenser as well. Well I do use it but the cups have to be really small. I use the smallest plastic cups you can find and have to put them in one at a time. Also The holes on the water dispenser are wider apart then they are on this cup dispenser so I only have it held by one screw it works but tilts sometimes.

We found this to be a very good cup dispenser for our bathroom. It works great with 5oz paper cups, is nice looking and easy to install. Easy pull release to retrieve cups and easy to see how many have been used and are remaining.

I was pleased to find a product that could be attached to the side of our water cooler at my small library. It could have made sanitary and easy access to the cups for our customers. Unfortunately, the tiny plastic clips that held the metal prongs in place lasted only one day. I attempted to contact the manufacturer about this, but was disappointed not to hear back from them. I would NOT recommend this product. Now I have holes in the side of the water cooler and still have to set cups on a paper plate on top of the cooler. Wasted money!
