Q: Can you set 10 and 20 second intervals to repeat for 4 minutes for tabatas?

Would it be possible to set continuous 10 minute intervals, without having to push a button or reset it after each 10 minutes? - thanks!

Unfortunately No.....well at least based on the settings and functions I have on mine.

Q: Does it beep every minute, or can you set it to make a noise every minute as it counts up from zero?

You can set it to make a noise/vibrate whenever you want.

Q: I want to use this for keeping track of work time as I switch between two different jobs. Will it do that easily?

The Everlast Interval timer is good when you have to alternate between two activities frequently during the day, be it walking, running, or even working. I use it to alternate walking with running.
