It is scary being 24 and having your doctor say your cholesterol and triglycerides are way too high. I read a couple of articles about berberine and decides my health was worth trying this out. It took a few days but I really feel an improvement in my mood and body! Will write back in a few weeks after my next doctors visit for results

So I've taking these Berberine pills for just over a week now and I am amazed at the results thus far. My Triglycerides been consistently too high for the last year and when I got my blood work back this morning I saw they are down 16% and my overall Cholesterol is down 11% (after just one week of taking this supplement with no other changes to diet!). The pills are easy on my stomach, some other products I've tried have caused me to have upset stomach and became ineffective because I stopped wanting to to take them - that's not the case with these. And on a positive side note my systolic blood pressure dropped (just a few points) from slightly "Pre-Hypertension" range into the normal range, which wasn't my primary reason for buying the product but I'll happily take it! I'm physically feeling better overall and will definitely continue to take these supplements.

I wanted to give this product a try since I've heard good things about Berberine. I'm trying to get my fasting blood sugar level down a bit since it's higher than I would like it to be. This product contains 500 mg of Berberine per pill, so 1 gram if you take the recommended 2 pills. There are no other ingredients in the product - just straight Berberine. I decided to take the product in the evening, a bit after dinner. I started checking my fasting blood sugar level in the morning. It's only been a few days but I've noticed that the fasting levels have gone down a few points -- and I haven't really changed anything as far as diet or other supplements. I'm really excited to continue using the product to see the results that I get with it. I also appreciate how the pills are made with vegetarian capsules & it's manufactured in a facility that is cGMP certified. So I know the ingredients in the pill are exactly what is on the bottle.
