Excellent Product - shipping, specimen, instructions
I ordered this on a Wednesday morning and received it Friday morning. The shipping was the default expedited option and I'm excited to see it arrive so soon and survive the cool weather. I just opened the package and found the plant packaged and secured very well. The potting soil was covered in moist newspaper and the whole plant was covered in a plastic bag that was secured tightly around the stem to prevent any soil spill mess and then the entire potted plant was taped to the inside of the package. It came with several instruction papers on defoliating, watering, humidifying, and shading the plant for recovery and establishment. They included a sheet of paper that stated the plant has already been defoliated prior to shipping to encourage new growth because of the season. The size of the plant is approximately seven inches tall. I did not defoliate it any further than what was done prior to shipping, which looks minimal. Upon my personal preference, I did remove all the soil and wash off the roots in case there were any hitch-hiking pests (none seen) and repot in a 2-1-1 compost/peat/vermiculite mix. The root to leaf ratio was a little less than what I would have liked to see, but the plant is nonetheless in the ideal state for shipping and transplanting. After repotting, I soaked it thoroughly, put some small stakes in the pot and covered it with a clear produce bag from the grocery store. It's now sitting a foot away from my light stand so it received enough light to recovery but doesn't fry. I'll keep an eye on it and hopefully it will soon start growing again and put some flowers out.I'll try to upload some pictures of the plant in packaging and the root system. Overall, I think it's definitely worth the $20 I spent to get a beautiful tropical plant in a cold climate that is not offered locally. It's the perfect size for shipping and transplanting and was packaged and shipped correctly. There was a small bag of fertilizer included with the plant, which is a nice offering, but I will not be using it because I grow organically.

the plant arrived in excellent condition - healthy and shiny
the plant arrived in excellent condition - healthy and shiny, but now, - 3 months later, - though I kept it in a warm bright place, and would spray it with water several times a day, it looks very dry, it has lost many leaves, and many more are turning brown. I don't know, maybe it cannot be grown in our houses - they probably need very high humidity.

hope naxt time it not happened
It is disappointment for receiving of a very weak one rod with one short 7 leaves branch Jasmine Sambac from "Grand Duke Of Tuscany". We set it in a fish tank with air gap and keep 15-20 C, but after two weeks all leave felled comparing other two Jasmines of witch ordered from 9Greenboxs and Hirts are very strong growing. However we did not know "Tropical Bonsai Nursery" just is "Grand Duck Of Tuscany" made an other order for a too small one gallon Milan flower plant, now it's 1/5 leaves become yellow, we hope it will be able living after takecare carefully.

Impatiently waiting to see my Jasmine flowers bloom. Can't Wait!
I received this small plant a few months ago, with only a few leaves on 2 tiny branches. One of the branches has grown quite tall and so far, I don't see anything other than the small shiny leaves. This week, I started to bring the small flower pot outside for some air, and hope this will help.I am very impatiently waiting to see if and when my flowers will begin to bloom.I love Jasmine flowers..
