Exceeded all expectations. My kids are into these and wanted something bigger than brine shrimp so I bought this kit. I went to Walmart and bought a 2 gallon tank for when they are larger and a few gallon bottles of arrowhead spring water expecting maybe a couple to actually hatch. Im on day 5 and there are a few dozen of them swimming around in the tank. I know only a few are going to make it to adulthood but the kids absolutely love this and the instructions are easy enough for them to follow.

Unfortunately none of the eggs hatched. My kiddos are bummed. They however have hatched triops previously and they have been super fun to watch, just wish these ones hatched.

Three stars because I don't think even the seller can guarantee how many eggs hatch, but the gamble for the price point is kind of a bummer. While we had 5-6 triops hatch with the first all-inclusive kit we bought, we had ONLY one hatch from this egg-and-food only kit. It grew quite large and looked great, but died before the two week mark despite much more careful cleaning than the first time around. So while these are fun to watch, we will be sticking to Sea Monkeys.

I was hoping it would have a friend but we only had one hatch. Followed the directions to a tee. Kind of disappointed on this one. Maybe I got a bad batch but not worth the money so far.

Followed directions to a tee... None ever hatched or grew. I fed the tank like I was suppose to and right temp. Waited 2 months and NOTHING

I set these up in a new 2 gallon tank with a heater, followed directions and had 3 hatch after 5 days. The biggest one died 5 days after that and one of the two left looks to be dying also. Again, I followed the directions. Just wished they made it a big longer so they could have gone in our bigger tanks.

Don't waste your time. Followed the directions perfectly and nothing happened. It's been about 2 weeks and still nothing.

This product took forever to arrive. One never made it, reordered and the second kept being delayed. Instructions are unclear and missing steps.
