Hydro Flask64 oz Growler

I got this because I wanted something that would keep the water cold overnight and also be able to hold hot liquids too. This is a growler so it is meant for pouring into another container, like in a group setting. I use it as my personal water bottle. The size is great, really only fill up once daily. Easy to was in the dishwasher, it does not affect the inside insulation or the outside material. The lid has a seal that is a silicone piece you can remove and wash along with it in the dishwasher. I got this growler instead of a hydroflask 64 water bottle because I like this specific lid. It protects the area where you drink from instead of having it exposed. The lid screws on easily and goes covers a 1/2 of the opening. Something I really disliked about the hydroflask water bottles is if you don't like using a straw, then the area where you drink from is going to be dirty unless you only ever have it resting upright. Like if it's in your bag or something because of the lids design, it does not have that 1/2 protection that the growler has and therefore the water bottle can easily come into contact with germs easier. The growler does not have this problem. This would be great for camping or group activities. It's versatile and durable. Great product, would buy two if I needed another.

Very sturdy. Keeps ice and drinks cold for hours. It is a bit heavy though.

I use this as a water bottle most of the time. Works well as a growler, easilyFits 4 tall boys and keeps them cool. Great for picnics where you have to be discreet about alcohol 😉. I do wish there was an option to get a different lid. I buy big bendy silicone straws and keep one inside when I use it for water. So I don’t spill it on myself when I’m trying to drink from it when I’m driving or walking.

I have a hydro flask that is 64oz and fbis thing is smaller than it. But still great size for the price and works great.

This checks all the boxes for a great growler, and it doubles as a water bottle. This is essentially a stainless steel keg, and will be treated as such: cleaned, rinsed, sanitized, and purged with CO2 between fillings. The biggest downside is watching bartenders dunk the sanitized and purged growler into their murky bucket of "sanitizer" before filling. This bucket is sitting below the taps, a strange baptism of pure, clean steel and mucky bucket water. However, this isn't the growlers fault. The growler is amazing. I intend to annoy bartenders for many years to come, bringing my growler to fill, and finding new ways to get them to not dunk it into their old bucket.

I bought my first Hydro Flask water bottle because I found out there is no lead in their bottles. I was so pleased with it, I then bought this 40 oz bottle. I have used it twice on day trips and enjoy my ice cold water all day without any concerns of lead contamination! I highly recommend Hydro Flask water bottles.
