Based on a wonderful review, I purchased this book in hopes that it would have great tips and information to help me prepare for the Praxis II exam. WASTE OF MONEY!!! In the "test taking" suggestions, the tips contradict each other- one tip talks about how you should not use the process of elimination strategy, but... the very next tip is about eliminating answers. HUH??!!A previous reviewer talked about the amazing and informative content; maybe those pages were missing from my book- I have yet to find any stellar content. The content is definitely lacking- I am pretty sure I would find more detailed and informative content in a high school science book (in regards to anatomy/physio and neurology content).The practice test was of little use; it was nice to have the answers explained, but it seems as if they just asked a college professor to submit previous tests and they picked questions from those tests and not actual questions from previous Praxis II exams.Overall, VERY USELESS and very disappointed. I'm glad I spent the $$ and bought a practice test from ETS; if I relied solely on this book to help me prepare, I would be in big trouble.

The study material has met my needs as a student and i have found the product very helpful.

Great product to use in prepping for study. There are study cards and a book that will easily get you ready to take the praxis.

I felt that the normal language development section was the most helpful. I wish that there were more pictures representing the audiology graphs, as well as more information on the theories of language acquisition (including what they are/the major components of them and who pioneered them). I felt that a lot of the practice questions had nothing to do with 75% of the content from the study guide section. I also feel that there should be more information on voice.I think the more practice questions that people can get, the better!

My daughter passed the test and used this to study, so I guess it worked. At the least it helped.

I really like the content of the information and what I really like it is that the area that I needed it was planning and implementation and is what is included in the material.
