These are awesome. I've never used lanterns, I found them to be so easy to use. I just placed them in my window in bright sunlight for a day or two, and when I turned them on, Wow! The light was so bright. I happen to have had a power outage in my neighborhood. These were the perfect solution . the light from the lanterns were so bright, I didn't need candle backup. The light from the lanterns lasted for at least over an hour until the lights came back on. They are well made, they can also be charged. I loved the price, which is very reasonable. And I am really glad I made this purchase. I would definitely recommend this item.

These are great lamps. Solar powered and very bright as a lamp and reasonably bright as a flashlight. Can also be charged via USB or used as a USB charger as well. All at an incredibly low price

First, I just want to thank the seller, because I received the product the day before the day I needed it. I ordered this item to use lighting the basement while cleaning after the flood. And my oh my!!!!! This product did a very good job. I use the flashlight. Very good lighting. Very bright and able to see the whole space of the room, because the bright light not just lighting the space you are pointing it too but the surrounding spaces, as well. What I love the most of this product is very lightweight. Very easy to use. Hold the charge very well. The size isn't big or bulky, but when you are a small woman with a carpal tunnel.... this is suitable for you. I love how versatile this product is. This has two charging function that is awesome, especially when your there is no electricity. This can be charged under the sun. Though it takes forever to fully charge but hey I take what I can as long as I can use it without waiting for the electricity to comes back. Very small looking lantern, but very very helpful. I am highly recommending this to anyone needs a light helper. And as long as I am ready to send my Balikbayan box to the Philippines, I will be buying some more to send it to my family that are fishermen. Because this is not just good inside the house but is very good for outdoor light and this is a waterproof, so, it is not going to get wet while on the ocean. Which is very helpful for all the fishermen. I will recommend this product, who needs a little bit of light.

I gave this as a gift to my family in their new home. Great to have on hand for lighting emergencies and power outages. They're lightweight, safe for a child, I really love the fact that you can put on the lantern and the flashlight features at the same time. They are not blindingly bright, but give sufficient light to function in a blacked out home. You won't regret this purchase.

We've had these for 2 years and they still work. Albeit, we don't use often, but have been a dependable and useful light. We keep one on dresser where it gets daily filtered light. Perfect for nighttime outage. The others are charged and in several places around house, including storm/safe room. They've held charge for months at a time, and we set near window for recharging when we think about it... Maybe every six months. They have always still had power but we discharge a few hours and recharge just in case they are getting weak. One section pulls/lifts up and they make a nice little lantern. The hangar is great for low lighting a room, dining table, or kitchen counter easily. The bottom "spot" light is brighter more concentrated and makes a decent amount of light. I'm usually disappointed with solar chargeable lights, but I've been very happy with these and recommend adding these to short-term emergency items

I ordered these for a camping trip. I saw the good reviews and decided to try them. When I opened the box my first reaction was disappointment. They seemed too lightweight to be any good at all. I plugged them in overnight then took them camping. WOW! Super impressed by these little lights! They are like hand spotlights in flashlight mode! I also loved that we could switch the mode and use them to light up our campsite. Every morning I would set them back in the sun to charge and every night they were ready to go. We did this for a 4 day trip and they performed perfectly. I'm so happy I added these to my camping gear!

So I have some land in a different state. It has a little hunting cabin on the property. I keep these in the window sill when I leave. So when I go back the lamps will be charged. I have two teenage boys they also bring friends for the trips. Sometimes I have myself, my husband, and about ten teenagers with me. The cabin is off grid. These lanterns have been amazing! They work so well and have lasted through a lot! If mine ever break I’d buy more!

These are one feature from being 5 stars. So why did I drop it to 3? Because the one feature is key if you're purchasing these for emergency purposes. There is no meter to show the level of charge the lantern has attained. The light turns red when you plug it in and stays red. The instructions specifically call out that there is no way to see how charged it it. That's a HUGE flaw. Even if you decided to plug them in for 4 hours at the beginning of every month, how can you rely on them in the case of an emergency if you can't see if they're charged? And with no external battery option to use as backup, you could be very SOL in a real hurricane or natural disaster. For this reason, I returned them. That said, I love that it's a lantern and a flashlight. And both worked exactly as expected. Perfectly even. Amazing brightness that lit up a room. The side arms have a click in place lock when not in use which guarantees it won't accidentally pull open and waste battery. The arms work to easily hang on a branch or hook. Honestly, great design and functionality. It's that one major element that's missing in this otherwise great and reasonably priced product. If they fix that battery level reading issue, I'd happily buy them again. (On a side note, I didn't use the solar charging, so I can't say if that works.)

These are terrific. I have them placed throughtout the house ready for our next black out. I also recommended them to family members who have bought and are also happy. They also paid less than I did because they went on sale, lol.

Worst product. It's not worthy for 100rs also. These are use and throw lights. Does not work after first charge at all
