Great product. Well made, easy to setup and quick to get to using it. Laser and pen work well, haven't tested the 3D printing yet. Accuracy and consistency are high. Build quality is really good. Bought the laser enclosure/protect cover as well - very high quality as well. Worth the money.

This thing is soooo cool. Great customer service, so many resources to get you started and solve any trouble shooting. Great for kids and coders. Entire discord page to help you as well!

-It arrived with the 3D printer module being opened. Yes all the wires are out and some of them has been soldered before.-I had to spent time soldering the thermal sensor, and recalibrate-Leaking from the head nozzle.-Need to turn on and off every time there is a hung up in the job.-Need to force reload the software every time "HeaterID = 0" (Related to the fix by soldering all wires correctly to the sensor.)-unclogging using small drill bits for the nozzle-It is an okay toy, not meant for advance or expert printing.Giving 2 stars for the amount of pain to get this thing working.Once it works, it works great. Just Dont expect top result from this DexArm

I purchased this arm for it's many functions. Unfortunately as I attempted different modules things seemed to not work properly. I looked for help online only to notice that it seems the product is no longer being supported and it is up to the community to help. Then I noticed, there was little to no community left. When I initially opened the box and took the items out, I noticed a module missing. Due to my inexperience and ignorance, i just thought that was a module for people who purchased a different version. Come to find out it was a module that works with the air pump so I had 2 functions unavailable to me. I will say the product does have sleek packaging, and the robotic arm looks great. When it moves properly, it is quick, efficient, and quiet. I would recommend this to someone with a high level of understanding when it comes to robot arms. The product has alot of potential, and I hope the company the best in the future. Update: Added an additional star due to the return experience being straightforward. Took a while, but I am happy with the conclusion.

After a month of back and forth with customer service and trying to get it to work nothing. Getting any word back from them took weeks and nothing worked.

This product arrived in a timely fashion and was very well packaged. I have been learning a lot, all the manuals and videos are online and/or available at YouTube. I would recommend this product, especially for someone like me who is new to the 3-D printing world. Everything was well done and thought out.
