Q: I see that this is water repellent... but is theee a flap over the large compartment to cover my paperwork, tablet, etc.?

There is a water repellent coating over the exterior fabric. So that if water or another liquid gets on the fabric it will bead off. There is no flap to cover the contents inside the organizer.

Q: does the tan wallet come with it? its shown in the 5th photo, i did'nt see anything about it so idk.

It attaches to the headrest only. But seems to be quite secure.

very well made. typical Carhartt quality. use to store golf bits like balls, tees, gloves and towel etc.would be great if it had a stip of velcro to keep it secure when used with the headrest strap
