As a long term sufferer with foot pain, these have been a blessed relief! I was diagnosed with Plantar-Fasciitis in both heels three years ago and as it didn't subside after a few months, and as the injections hadn't worked, I was told it was probably permanent. It seemed I would have to put up with the pain.I have tried many, many so called cures, gels, insoles, pressure socks, and yes, even magnets before, none of them worked. When I saw these advertised on Amazon, I sent for them more in hope than expectation.They arrived the next day, I cut them to size as described and put them into my shoes. In some of the write-ups I'd seen they said it had taken a while for them to work, so I was expecting a slow lead-in to any benefit. For me they started working within half an hour. First, I noticed my toes were not as painful as they usually were, a short while later I realised there was almost no pain in my heels.I almost didn't believe it, these insoles were actually working!!!If you have or know someone who has constant, long term foot pain, the £35 these cost is but a small price to pay for any form of relief.A couple of observations.Although the insoles do ease the pain considerably while standing/walking, the pain does seem to increase when you sit down and take the weight off your feet!! I don't know why, but for me it does.The pain increases when I take the shoes/insoles off! The pain calming effect only seems to work while you are wearing the insoles. Which is fair enough I suppose. No one claimed a complete cure.They worked for me and I will be purchasing more pairs, once I am certain they don't stop working before the twelve months they offer as a "guide" to how long they last. I love superfeet products.These have gone in my dailys since I was 18 working in construction. They just relieve the pain of being on your feet all day like magic.This winter my wife and i bought the winter sport superfeet for our ski boots. Equally pleased!These are a must have for every pair of new shoes.

First off, I love these things. They took what was once a rather squishy sloppy work shoe and turned them into what feels like perfectly molded boots.To achieve these results, you'll need to get the right size so here's a few tips. Read other reviews to confirm what I suggest.My foot size is an 11 men's, medium. That puts my foot on the high end of the size for an "E" which run 9.5-11.If your size is on the high side of the range, buy the next size up. It will still fit your foot but the arch won't be in the right spot. It'll be too short.In my experience, I bought size "E" first. Sure, it goes up to size 11 but what happens is the arch is pushed back towards your heel. It's not long enough.Then I bought size "F" which runs 11.5 -13. I removed the existing insole from my boot/shoe, placed it on top of the Superfeet insole, traced around and cut the excess off. The arch was now where it was supposed to be.Side note, I mentioned above that my foot is medium. I meant medium height for my arch. If you don't know how to figure that out, search a few Youtube videos or google it. They'll show you how to get a rough idea. Basically get your foot wet, step on some concrete or cardboard or something that captures your foot print and compare to some reference charts which are normally in the videos. Arch support companies are advertising their products on Youtube and several have links to figure this out.I love these things and now own 2 pairs. I used them in my heavier work boots and after being on them all day long, my feet are not sore or tired.
