So far so good
We just got these this summer. They were easy to assemble, directions were decent. The steps are sturdy, we put the ladder side in the water and kept the steps out of the pool. My mom recently had knee surgery so it was easier for her to use that way.

It is a good ladder - sturdy and I like the security feature where you can lift it - Make sure the stringers and tread connectors are set up correctly so you can lift it and secure. The Steps are much easier to install. Follow the videos and definitely you need a cordless drill.

Great pool upgrade
What a upgrade to the crap ladder that our pool came with. Shipping was terrible boxes looked as if there were throw off the top of the ship even thought they are USA made. Missing a few bolts from it but there customer service is fantastic. Would recommend confer plastics to anyone

Bad business
Bad quality material it’s not made for heavy people even though it says it’s rated for 300 pounds. That’s a lie. The company refuses to fix the situation. It’s trying to force their customers to pay to return the product if they don’t want it and a 50% restocking fee, which is outrageous. I would never do business with this company ever again. I advise everybody to stay clear of this company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Good size and sturdy
I was looking for a more sturdy way to enter and exit our pool. These are perfect. They are a little big for my pool, which I knew they would be when I ordered. I plan to use them when we move to the next size up pool. They are wider than the ladder that came with pool and make you feel more comfortable getting in and out.

It’s Okay but not worth price
Very hard to assemble and instructions are not clear for assembly.

Great!
These steps are perfect for a more sturdy and secure pool ladder. Easy assembly and directions. I have them in “backwards” and they still work great once the ladder portion fills with water. Still able to lock up ladder as well. I would rather my elderly parents fall into the pool and have more secure steps exiting.
