Easy to use. Good value and dissolves really quickly into liquid! Even faster if it’s warm liquid. No taste or texture at all. I add one small scoop to my mocktails or evening tea to promote relaxation. Seems to work, gentle and gradual, without the side effects of alcohol.

Using it for weight loss

It cakes up and it's not easy to break those cakes up. Whatever is in the container that's supposed to absorb moisture doesn't work.

For the past week, I’ve been using it before bed. I find it helpful since I’m typically someone who can’t sleep at night. I’m usually up until the next morning but I’ve been sleeping pretty good every night. I take it in combination with chamomile. I sleep like a baby.
