A 10 minute fix
Higher end faucets like Moen last a long time. 15 or 20 years is what you can expect BUT you will likely need to replace the valve core and seal. It took me literally 10 mins to replace the old core and clean up.The trick is to remember that you don't need an entirely new faucet, you just need to change out this little cartridge. I hope that I can remember this in another 15 years.

Replaced 20 yr old cartridge
It's been about a year since I purchased this to replace a 20 year old cartridge. Fit perfectly and has worked without any issues. No leaks, and turn knob is smooth. Hard part was removing old one. Too much calcium buildup. Satisfied.

Avoid Amazon for Replacement Parts – Stick to Manufacturer's Originals
I made the error of trying to save a few bucks by purchasing a replacement part on Amazon. Regrettably, it turned out to be a poor decision. The quality was subpar, made of cheap plastic with rubber components that kept detaching. As a result, my shower now leaks constantly, and the water pressure has significantly decreased. Previously boasting strong water pressure, I now struggle to even rinse out shampoo effectively. Works fine. I think I read others complain about the tool, but using that was the easiest time I’ve had getting out a cartridge. I’m sure there are better / higher quality tools, but it was definitely better than nothing.

Fits Moen faucets with no leaks
Fits perfectly. Two installs for Moen shower faucets. No leaks. Follow the instructions. However, both old cartridges broke coming out even with the tool. You must dig out all the old remnants. This happens because they are old and stuck. Beats paying for a plumber.

Great puller, bad cartridge
It is not nearly as durable as the name brand cartridges but it's a fraction of the price. It did fit fine and changed temperature of the water but it dripped the whole time. It might be worth buying this just for the pulling tool
